FAQ
The questions I get asked most.
If yours isn't here, put it in the brief and I'll answer it directly.
No. My job is to translate. We talk about what happens in your business and what you want to stop doing by hand — I handle everything on the technical side and explain the system in plain language once it's built.
A focused build — one workflow, one clear outcome like speed-to-lead — is usually 1 to 2 weeks. A full assistant with booking, handoff and CRM sync is closer to 3 to 5 weeks. I'll give you a real timeline after the discovery call, not before.
Good. I build inside the tools you already pay for wherever possible. HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable — if it has an API or a webhook, it can be part of the system. I'll tell you honestly if a tool is the bottleneck.
That's the risk I design against first. Assistants answer from your documented policies, not from guesses, and anything outside their scope gets handed to a human with the full conversation attached. We agree the boundaries before it goes live.
You do. They live in your accounts, under your logins, with documentation. If we stop working together, nothing switches off and you're not locked to me.
Yes, routinely. Send yours over with the brief, or I can sign before we get into specifics if you'd prefer.
Every build ships with error alerts and a fallback path so a failure surfaces to a person instead of disappearing. I include a support window after launch, and ongoing monitoring is available if you want it.
Often the best setup. I'll work to your conventions, document what I hand over, and train whoever will own it day to day.
